Aesthetic Acupuncture
The natural approach to skin care and rejuvenation. Aesthetic, or cosmetic, acupuncture is a gentle way to refresh and support your skin’s health. Treatments stimulate collagen production, improve micro circulation, and help soften fine lines while enhancing tone and glow.
Each session also supports overall wellbeing and pattern from an East Asian therapy perspective, treating common cosmetic concerns at the root, as well as on the surface.
Aesthetic, or cosmetic, acupuncture can be used to address a wide range of skin concerns.
• Acne, rosacea, psoriasis
• Muscle Tone
• Scarring
• Pigmentation
• Fine lines and skin texture
• Sagging

What to Expect
How many sessions will I need?
Most people notice subtle shifts after 4–6 sessions. For deeper or more lasting results, a series of 6–12 weekly sessions is usually recommended. Maintenance treatments every 4–6 weeks can help support your results naturally over time.
Can I do this if I get injectables (e.g. Botox, fillers)?
Yes — but timing matters. Aesthetic acupuncture can be a supportive complement to cosmetic procedures when spaced appropriately. We’ll chat about your treatment history to find the best timing and placement, ensuring no interference and supporting the longevity and balance of your results.
Does it hurt?
The needles are very fine — often no thicker than a strand of hair. Sometimes the needles can give a little sting when first inserted. After then most people feel nothing, and many find it calming, even meditative.
Any risks?
Minor bruising or redness can occasionally occur, but these are usually mild and temporary. If you are jzhush-ing for a big event its best to schedule your session 2 weeks prior to play it safe.
Please let me know if you’re pregnant, taking blood thinners, or have specific health concerns so we can tailor the approach.
